MARTIAL YOGA FOUNDATION (WARRIOR YOGA)

Martial yoga consists of solo exercises that benefit health and unifiy of body, mind and spirit. This is the foundation course of Freedom Martial Yoga and contains exercises and postures derived mainly from tai chi and kung fu movement. It is a complete workout in itself and prepares the body and co-ordination for the rigours of martial art training. Movements open and close all the joints, and improve body strength, flexibility, posture, alignment and fluidity of motion.
