How to join Zoom Classes (APPLICABLE FROM MARCH 2024 ONWARDS)

Zoom students are required to become members of the Freedom School online program before joining our zoom classes.

Once you are an online school member you can join a zoom class by writing an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. about 5 mins before a class to receive the zoom session link.
Zoom Classes are streamed live from the Freedom Dojo in Pniel, South Africa, unless Sensei Hans Menck is on the road, in which case they may be streamed from where he is at the time.

How does the online membership help zoom student progress?
An online membership gives a you access to video material reflecting your level of progress, and also gives you access to material needed to do self study. The videos contain form instruction, meant to be followed in real time repeatedly in order to be grasped. When you as a student want to advance in online level, you are required to give Sensei Hans feedback on your level, either in a personal training zoom session or in a video (youtube, vimeo or whatsapp,etc) of which you notify him through the website email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Sensei Hans then gives you a remark about your training and access to the next module in your online course, if you have progressed sufficiently. You also have access to starter modules of all the other ONLINE COURSES at Freedom School Online, and can try them out at your leisure, if you wish to do so. The Regular Student Membership is valid for one year, but will be updated after the year only if the student remains an active Zoom Student, and carries on with instruction under Sensei Hans Menck, on zoom, or in person at least once a month.

Zoom Class times

Sensei Hans was injured for a while and starting again to create a schedule. Please contact him to let him know what times would suit you for a possible group class, or a personal training class.

 
Cost:
South Africa(banking details below): Zoom Classes are paid monthly, R400/month for 1 class per week, R600/month for two classes per week, and add R200 for each added class per week.
Private Zoom Classes: R400/hour, or R1750 for 5 hours, or R3100 for 10 hours  

Europe and UK(paypal: Hans Menck): 30 EURO per month for one class per week, 45 EURO/month for 2 classes per week, add 15 EURO for each added class per week.
Private Zoom Classes: 30 EURO/hour, or 135 EURO for 5 hours

USA (paypal: Hans Menck): 36$/month for one class per week, 54$/month for 2 classes per week, add 18$/month for every extra class per week
Private Zoom Classes: 36$/hour or 150$ for 5 hours
